Steps To Transforming Your Health Through Massage:
Step One: Welcome- Upon your arrival our front desk will greet you and ask you to fill your massage intake form and survey. This information will be reviewed by the massage therapist with you in reference to your medical history, past and/or present injuries or other conditions we should be aware of. The massage therapist will ask about your current physical condition and areas in which you are experiencing pain or would like to address during your massage.
Step Two: Beginning your session- Your massage therapist will lead you to the spa treatment room where a comfy massage table and fresh sheets await you. There are settings for you to place your belongings as well as a chair. The massage therapist will step out of the room and give you time to disrobe and take your place on the massage table and cover. The therapist will gently knock and ask if you are ready before entering. The massage therapist will uncover the portion of the body they will be working on. You can anticipate a comfortable surrounding during your massage. Unless you request otherwise soft soothing music will play in the background.
Step Three: During- Depending on your specific needs or requests the massage therapist will either perform a custom full-body massage or focus on specific parts of your body that you have requested.
Step Four: Final Step to Transformation- As soon as your therapy session concludes, your therapist will leave the room so you can dress. Your therapist will meet you outside with a cup of water, and then take you back to the front area when you are ready. Each session includes a 5 minute pre-interview and 5 minutes at the end for you to dress.
